Embrace:
Healing through wholeness
6Months
We begin October, 2025
Limited to 12 Participants

It’s time to leave the past in the past. It’s time to step in, in a way you’ve always dreamed of.
For deep feelers, sensitive souls and adventurous spirits.
For those who have been seeking, possibly for decades.
For those who may have incredible self awareness yet still find yourself crashing, lost, exhausted, overwhelmed, unsure, lonely, masking and/or hiding certain parts of themselves.
For those who feel like they belong everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
And for those that know in their bones that freedom, peace and true power comes from a level of self compassion and deep care that beats a steady and sacred rhythm and never stops.
In these 6 months, we walk gently towards the type of inner freedom that stands us up on our feet and opens our eyes so that we can say with every cell in our body, unapologetically - “I Am Here”.
This work helps you remember your essence and claim who you are, what you want and where you’re headed in a compassionate, deep and sustainable way.
Together, we’ll tend to all that’s here so that you truly feel safe enough and steady enough to meet each moment with curiosity and meet it as a friend.
I know you’ve already done so much healing and so much work - and that’s an understatement.
It’s time to try something different and to stop pushing so hard. There is so much more here for you.
A neuro-affirming, trauma-informed group + 1:1 program that offers space to slow down, soften the edges and meet yourself with profound kindness. With a maximum of 12 participants, you’ll receive personalized nervous system support, guided practices, and soulful connection, that help you build real capacity, without needing to perform, perfect or push through.
Together, we’ll create space for your breath to ease, your boundaries to become steady, and for it all to feel - finally - aligned with your soul’s calling.
Embrace
join us in October
This is an intimate, connected container — limited to 12 participants. If you are feeling called, I’d love to welcome you.
Once you’ve filled in your application through the button below, I will be in touch within the next few days with next steps.
What Actually Changes in Embrace
This isn’t about learning more. It’s about becoming more yourself.
Embrace isn’t a quick fix or a learning-heavy course. It’s a six-month container where change happens slowly, steadily, and in your bones. Participants often say they didn’t realize how much was shifting until they looked back and realised how different life was feeling.

Here is some of what past participants noticed:
Many of us arrive carrying urgency. To heal fast. To do it right. To be better.
Embrace invites you to soften out of survival mode and into a deeper rhythm.
A new relationship with time, pressure, and healing
"It just made it so spacious. Nothing was rushed. I’ve done short-term programs before and they’re gone in a flash. This one? It’s in my body now."
As you lean in to more support, slow down, and listen differently, your inner signals become clearer. Many participants leave with a visceral sense of their own boundaries - what is a “yes” and what is a “no.”
A stronger inner compass
"I feel like I know what I want better in my body. It’s easier to make decisions. I can actually hear what I want."
"Having tools that help me upregulate or downregulate changed the way I relate to myself day-to-day."
Instead of spiraling into overthinking, you’ll learn to meet emotions and sensations with grounded presence. You’ll build trust that you can be with whatever shows up, and this happens as a result of the nervous system support you receive - the practices work on you, without you having to do anything but receive.
Capacity to feel what’s real, without overwhelm
"I didn’t have to think about it. I just felt better. It worked without needing to understand why."
For many, this becomes the most radical shift of all: letting go of self-judgment, hierarchy, and pressure to perform. Embrace is a place to rest in “enough.”
Permission to let it all be okay
"If I spent the day on the couch, that was okay. If I went outside, that was okay too. That’s the biggest transformation for me - really knowing it’s all okay."
Even when life is full or messy, you’ll have a rhythm of touchpoints: group calls, 1:1 sessions, and resources that meet you where you are, when you’re ready. Embrace moves at your pace, and stays with you.
A deeply lived experience of support
"Some weeks I was deeply engaged. Others I wasn’t. But it was still working. That flexibility was part of what made it powerful."

What You Receive Inside Embrace
This is not a program you rush through. It’s a slow, steady, supported return to yourself. Over six months, Embrace offers layered, flexible support that meets you where you are and stays with you as you grow.

Here’s what’s included:
Live Zoom calls on the first three Thursdays of each month (10:30am–12:30pm PST).
A soft, steady rhythm of presence. Shelby leads each session with trauma-informed guidance, nervous system care, and gentle invitation into deeper self-trust. Expect moments of teaching, group connection, reflection, and easy quiet nervous system support.
Group Calls – Real-Time Connection & Gentle Nervous System Support
Three individual sessions over the course of the program, with the option to add more for a special Embrace participant rate.
Space to be met exactly where you are. Bring what’s alive, tender, or unclear, and receive Shelby’s grounded, compassionate support.
3x 1:1 Sessions with Shelby – Personalized Support

Teaching Videos – Learn at Your Own Pace
Short, digestible video teachings, with a new one available in your program dashboard each week.
Watch on your own time. Revisit whenever you need. These bite-sized videos are designed to offer insight without overwhelm and support your healing with understanding.
Downloadable Somatic Practices – Integrate Through the Body
The more our bodies feel safe, the more we feel safe. With nervous system support and somatic practices, we gently invite the body to experience a new state of being and honor all that arises as we walk this pathway towards safety together.
Simple, powerful, supportive practices available as guided audio or video that you can download and return to as you need. These practices help to welcome all parts of you so that you can return to presence, choice and empowerment, again and again.

Reflection Prompts – Optional journaling or creative prompts.
Monthly prompts to deepen your insight and understanding. Use them how you like: writing, conversation, art, voice notes, or simply contemplation as you go about your day.
Slack Community – Ongoing Connection
A private space for connection with Shelby and other participants between calls.
This lightly held space allows for shared insights, tender wins, and staying in touch with your cohort. Some groups are quiet, some are chatty. Both are welcome.
Everything is Yours to Keep
All call recordings, videos, and resources remain accessible. You have ongoing access to the teaching videos and somatic practices, and 12 months of access to the group call recordings after the program ends (they are removed after this date to protect your privacy and confidentiality).
Return to what you need, when you need it. Your healing isn’t on a timer.

“But what if…”
Questions. Hesitations. These are welcome here and they matter.
Healing doesn’t begin with certainty, it begins with curiosity. Here are some of the most common worries we hear about joining Embrace, and what we’d say in response:
-
It is. And that’s part of what makes Embrace different.
This isn’t a short burst of insight followed by a crash. It’s not a quick fix. It’s a container that allows for slowness, pause, resistance, return. It gives you time to integrate, not just intellectually, but in your body.
Many participants say the length scared them at first, and then became one of the most powerful parts of the experience.
“I’ve done a lot of short-term programs. This was the first one that got into my bones.”
“The rhythm of returning - even after a break - helped me stay connected to myself through a huge life transition.”
You don’t have to show up perfectly. You just have to keep circling back. Embrace was made to hold you through that.
-
Embrace is designed for real life. Live calls are two hours, three times a month. The rest is flexible. You can engage with the material in whatever way works for you; during a morning walk, over tea on Sunday, or in a quiet moment before bed. Many participants find that Embrace creates more time - not less - because it shifts how they relate to pressure, urgency, and energy.
-
You can’t. This isn’t school. There are no gold stars or performance points. Some participants show up to every call. Some disappear for weeks and return when they’re ready. Nothing is lost. The materials are yours to revisit, and the rhythm is gentle by design.
“There were times I felt disconnected for weeks, and the program still held me. Just having a regular touchpoint (even one call a month) was enough to keep me grounded.”
-
Both of those stories are welcome here—and neither are true. Embrace was built to hold sensitive, complex, deep-feeling people. You won’t be too intense. You won’t be behind. You won’t need to mask. This is a space to bring your actual self.
-
There are flexible payment plans available, and a few partial scholarships offered each round. If this feels like a true yes but money is a barrier, you’re welcome to reach out. Shelby holds both the value of the work and the real conditions of life with care.
-
Totally okay. This isn’t a checklist. Everything in Embrace is designed to be optional, repeatable, and revisitable. Some participants love the breathwork. Some never touch the writing prompts. All of it is here for you to shape in a way that serves you. The real work is in learning how to listen to yourself. Skipping something is not a failure. It’s often self-trust.
“I used to feel guilty if I didn’t ‘do it all.’ In Embrace, I learned to trust my own timing. Nothing felt like a failure.“
-
Then you’re in the perfect place. Embrace isn’t about clarity on day one. It’s about building enough safety and spaciousness in your system to hear what’s true again. You don’t need a plan. You just need a tiny yes.
-
The group is small - just 12 people - and deeply welcoming. Participants often describe the calls as quietly profound: intimate, tender, and surprisingly connective.
Shelby’s work is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed. Many participants are neurocomplex, highly sensitive, or navigating transition (grief, menopause, new motherhood, burnout, etc). This is a space that honors difference and welcomes the full range of human experience. You don’t need to have it together.
“I’ve done a lot of healing work before, but this was different. It didn’t ask me to change who I am, it helped me remember how to be with myself.”
Healing takes time. You deserve support that does too.
Embrace is $3,000 USD
(payment plans available)
This includes six months of live group support, three 1:1 sessions with Shelby, a full library of teaching videos and practices, lifetime access to materials, and a small community of no more than 12 participants.
You’re not paying for more information (although you will receive that). You’re investing in sustained care - support that holds you gently, meets you where you are, and helps you create real, embodied change over time.
