Limited to 12 Participants

Live calls the first 3 Thursdays of each month, 10AM - 12PM PST

A neuro-affirming, trauma-informed group + 1:1 program that offers space to slow down, soften the edges, tend to your nervous system and meet yourself with profound kindness.

With a maximum of 12 participants, you’ll receive personalized nervous system support, guided practices and soulful connection that helps you build real capacity without needing to perform, perfect or push through.

Together, we create space for your breath to ease, your boundaries to become steady, and for it all to feel - finally - easier than it ever has before.

Embrace is a space for people who have done a lot of healing and feel it’s time to shift their focus away from endlessly ‘facing discomfort’ and move towards thriving.

So many people I see tell me “I thought I was just bad at life,” but when they spend time in an intentional and connected space like Embrace, taking time to integrate the goodness that they’ve worked so hard for, goodness grows ease-fully.

If you're here, I'm guessing you've already tried it ALL.  And perhaps you're starting to feel a little resentful of all of the energy, time and money you've put into trying to feel better.  You have been doing all the "best of the best" modalities and practices yet still overwhelmed by your emotions or the world or other people's views of you. And maybe you’re really, really tired and more than a little bit over it, but giving up on the search for healing is also not an option.

Hello, welcome to Embrace.

An easeful, gentle, kind, healing-oriented space that is not going to gaslight you into thinking if you just get comfy in your discomfort... THEN you’ll be okay.

It’s different here. It's simple, it's powerful. I hope you’ll feel at home.

And there's absolutely nothing you need to muscle through. There's permission here to meet all the parts of you with tenderness and care, and welcome them ALL home. It’s time to try something different and to stop pushing so hard. There is so much more here for you.

Change happens slowly, steadily, and in your bones. Which means it’s not a quick fix - quick fixes generally don’t fix anything, they just move energy temporarily which can feel good but tends to be less sustainable over the long term.

We’re not here to learn more or do more. And most people who have been on a healing path for a while do not need more information and they certainly don’t need to try harder to heal.

It can be so hard at first to believe that slowing down, receiving deep support and making time for deep rest will make any difference at all. But for most of us, this is exactly the medicine we have been searching for this whole time.

Participants often say they didn’t realize how much was shifting until they looked back and realized how different life was feeling.

What Actually Changes in Embrace?

Here is some of what past participants noticed:

Many of us arrive carrying urgency - which makes sense. It’s hard not to, when urgency is built into the culture we live in. To heal fast. To do it right. To be better. In Embrace, we lovingly support the nervous system and body so it can soften out of survival mode and into a deeper rhythm.

"It just made it so spacious. Nothing was rushed. I’ve done short-term programs before and they’re gone in a flash. This one is in my body now."

A new relationship
with time, pressure, and healing

As you lean in to more support, slow down, and listen differently, your inner signals become clearer. Many participants leave with a visceral sense of their own boundaries - what is a “yes” and what is a “no.”

"I feel like I know what I want better in my body. It’s easier to make decisions. I can actually hear what I want."

"Having tools that help me upregulate or downregulate changed the way I relate to myself day-to-day."

A stronger
inner compass

Instead of spiraling into overthinking, you’ll learn to meet emotions and sensations with grounded presence. You’ll build trust that you can be with whatever shows up, and this happens as a result of the nervous system support you receive - the practices work on you, without you having to do anything but receive.

"I didn’t have to think about it. I just felt better. It worked without needing to understand why."

Capacity to feel without ending
up in overwhelm

For many, this becomes the most radical shift of all: letting go of self-judgment and pressure to perform. Embrace is a place to rest in “enough.”

"If I spent the day on the couch, that was okay. If I went outside, that was okay too. That’s the biggest transformation for me - really knowing it’s all okay."

Permission to
let it all
be okay

Even when life is full or messy, you’ll have a rhythm of many different kinds of touchpoints: group calls, 1:1 sessions, and resources that meet you where you are, when you’re ready. Embrace moves at your pace.

"Some weeks I was deeply engaged. Others I wasn’t. But it was still working. That flexibility was part of what made it powerful."

A deeply lived experience of support

What You Receive Inside Embrace

“But what if…”

Your questions are always very welcome! So much of healing begins with curiosity (although we often wish it had more certainty!). Here are some of the most common worries we hear about joining Embrace, and what we’d say in response:

Healing takes time. You deserve support that recognizes that, and gives you that time.

Who am I?

hi

I’M SHELBY LEIGH, MA, LPC

Shelby Leigh (she/her) is a Somatic Psychotherapist, trauma specialist, coach, educator, assessor, and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. Her approach blends nervous system support, somatic practices, attachment theory, and trauma-informed mindfulness to support healing in a deeply holistic and non-pathologizing way. Known for her neurodiversity-affirming, inclusive, and grounded presence, Shelby creates spaces that feel like a deep exhale—where all parts of a person are welcomed and honored.

Her work centers around supporting individuals with complex and developmental trauma, guiding clients and clinicians alike toward ease, wholeness, and self-trust.

Shelby also offers Adult Autism & ADHD assessments through her private practice, helping neurodivergent individuals access compassionate care rooted in understanding and affirmation.

When away from work, you’ll find her driving down a dirt road, taking in gorgeous views, road-tripping, wandering in the woods, rafting a river, midnight canoe stargazing, flying somewhere tropical, typing half-written memoirs, taking long naps, chasing sunsets - and always returning to the question: “What is the most loving thing I can do in this moment?”
